How are the prints produced?

The prints are fine art quality, produced using either Canon or Epson professional inkjet printers onto heavyweight (approx. 300 g.s.m.) archival, art paper. This production method delivers a stunning final product with beautiful tonal and colour reproduction and an archival life expectancy of up to 85 years.

All prints are printed with a border and are signed and numbered (if limited edition).

How is the print mounted?

Mounted prints are finished using archival, reversible mounting techniques with conservation mountboard and archival materials. This not only provides a high level of protection for the print but allows it to be removed from the mount without causing it damage.

What currency is the store in?

All pricing is in UK pounds and includes VAT

How soon will my order be dispatched?

The majority of prints are printed and mounted in house to order and take approximately 48 hours to despatch

How is my order sent?

Unmounted prints are dispatched in a strong, cardboard tube. Mounted prints are dispatched in a sturdy, protective cardboard sleeve. Both mounted and unmounted prints are sent via a trackable method

How do I know my order was successful?

Once an order is placed an order confirmation email will be sent to the supplied email address.

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched which will include a tracking number

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at check out. To find out shipping costs enter the shipping destination details into the shipping calculator in the shopping cart

What if my print arrives damaged?

If the package has been crushed, bent or is in any way opened please do not accept delivery of the item.
If when you open your delivery you find the print is damaged please contact me immediately to discuss organising a replacement.

Can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days in as new condition.

Prints must be returned in as new condition, crease, scratch and damage free.
Returns are made at your own expense. We strongly recommend sending returns via an insured and trackable method as we can take no responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

How much will you refund?

For prints that are returned undamaged a refund will be made to the full amount of the print and will exclude the postage cost of the original order.

How will my refund be made?

All refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.
