Printed on approximately 270 gsm, fine art paper using Canon Lucia Pro pigment inks. The finished print features rich tones, beautiful colours and amazing detail with exceptional longevity and fade resistance.

• All prints are signed, titled on the back of the work.
• Dimensions quoted are the actual image dimensions and are approximate to within 5 mm.
• Print will have a border of at least 5 mm for mounting and framing purposes.
• Mounted prints fit many common size frames from John Lewis, Ikea etc
• A4 prints (28 x 19 cm) mounted dimensions 16 x 12 inches
• A3 prints (39 x 26 cm) mounted dimensions 50 x 40 cm
• Mounted prints are packaged in a cellophane bag for added protection

Due to differences in computer monitors/device displays and how they are viewed there may be some minor variance in the colour and tones of the on screen image and the finished print.

How soon will my order be dispatched?

The majority of open edition prints are printed and mounted in house to order and take approximately 48 hours to dispatch.

How is my order sent?

Unmounted prints are dispatched in a strong, cardboard tube. Mounted prints are dispatched in a sturdy, protective cardboard sleeve. Both mounted and unmounted prints are sent via a trackable method. Please be aware both mounted and unmounted prints will require a signature on delivery.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at check out. To find out shipping costs enter the shipping destination details into the shipping calculator in the shopping cart.

How do I know my order has been dispatched?

You will receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched which will include a tracking number.

Can I return an item?

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return it within 30 days in as new condition.

Prints must be returned in as new condition, crease, scratch and damage free.
Returns are made at your own expense. We strongly recommend sending returns via an insured and trackable method as we can take no responsibility for items that are lost in transit.

How much will you refund?

For prints that are returned undamaged a refund will be made to the full amount of the print and will exclude the postage cost of the original order.

How will my refund be made?

All refunds will be made to your original payment method within 7 days of receipt of the returned item.

What if my print arrives damaged?

If the package has been crushed, bent or is in any way opened please do not accept delivery of the item.
If when you open your delivery you find the print is damaged please contact me immediately to discuss organising a replacement.
